To rub insult in, On the Hoppa the driver charged me for 3 tickets when I asked for 2, this due to him taking my card and swiping it 3 times as it didn’t work for me! Twin (bunk) and single rooms are available. Another Hoppa out of service arrived, but driver was not helpful and said they run every hour not every 30mins and we were disturbing her break she was most put out in us asking her! We telephoned the customers service and was told a Hoppa would be there at 8am.
